Chun is a district (Amphoe) of Phayao Province in northern Thailand. Chun district’s history dates back to the ancient city of Wiang Lo, which is of similar age to Mueang Phayao.
Neighboring districts are (from the east clockwise) Chiang Kham, Pong and Dok Kham Tai of Phayao Province, Pa Daet and Thoeng of Chiang Rai Province.
